How to request account deletion

  1. 1 Send an email from the email address registered with your Torchy account to Nawafalathba06@gmail.com.
  2. 2 Use the subject: Torchy Account Deletion Request.
  3. 3 Include your full name and registered email address.
  4. 4 We may contact you to verify ownership of the account.
  5. 5 After verification, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account and profile information
  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Saved locations
  • Service requests
  • Messages and uploaded content
  • Other personal information associated with the account
Note: Some limited information may be retained when legally required, including fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or financial records. Any retained data will be stored only for the legally required period.
